- Monthly review of all books of record and supporting workpapers
- Preparation of monthly financial reports, custom tailored to your needs
- Adjusting journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintaining fixed asset schedules
- Payroll preparation and related reports
- Recording receipts and disbursements
- Preparation of operating subsidy requests and subsidy forms required by oversight agencies
- Preparation of public housing budgets (AMP and COCC)
- Preparation of a multi-program budget (LIPH, HCV, CFP, etc.)
- Year-end close including preparation of year-end accruals and closing journal entries
- Preparation and submission of unaudited Financial Data Schedule (FDS) within 60 days of the fiscal year end
- Corrective action plans and resolution of audit findings
- Analysis of monthly data of the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program
- Monthly preparation and submission of Voucher Management System (VMS) 52681-B form to REAC
- Capital Fund Administration and Reporting
Our attestation services include:
- HUD FASS/REAC filing including completion of the Agreed-Upon Procedures engagement and preparation of Supplemental Information Schedules, as required by HUD
- Agreed-upon procedure engagements required by LIHTC and other projects
- Debt service coverage ratio analysis
- Tenant eligibility/compliance review
- Break-even analysis
